2023 Food Waste Solutions Summit

Katherine Dolan is the Customer Success Lead for Reskued, a venture focused on helping food distributors to proactively identify inventory destined to become waste and surface that to local "alternative" buyers. Reskued is a part of Cargill's Digital Business Studio, a division focused on developing innovative solutions for food customers. Prior to Reskued, Katherine spent five years at Leanpath working in customer success and business development. She has also worked at other startups in the food industry and began her career in digital advertising. 

Katherine holds a B.A. in Communications from Boston College, a M.S. in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and is a Registered Dietitian. Katherine lives in Minneapolis, MN with her husband and two kids.
