How can I apply to become a ReFED Summit speaker or refer someone else?
Our speaker nomination form closed on December 31, 2025. We will be reviewing submissions over the coming months and will be in touch with applicants if we need additional information. Due to the high volume of submissions we receive, we will only respond to nominations that we are interested in pursuing.
Do you offer scholarships and how can I apply for one?
Yes, thanks to the generous support of our donors, we're able to offer scholarships to this year's ReFED Summit to cover the cost of your registration, travel, and/or hotel. Applications for scholarships closed on December 31, 2025. We'll contact all applicants by February with a funding decision. If you apply for a scholarship and are not accepted, ReFED will honor early-bird pricing for your registration.
What happens if I purchase a ticket for the ReFED Summit and can no longer attend?
If you are no longer able to attend the Summit, email the Summit Planning Team to process a cancellation. Registration fees will be refunded according to the timeline below:
If you cancel by March 18, 2026, the registration fee will be fully refunded minus a 3% processing fee per ticket.
If you cancel between March 19 and April 18, 2026, the registration fee will be refunded minus a $75 cancellation fee and a 3% processing fee per ticket.
Cancellations made on or after April 19, 2026 will not be refunded.
In lieu of canceling, you can transfer your ticket to someone else for no charge.
What is the dress code for the ReFED Summit?
ReFED Summit attendees generally wear “smart casual,” “work casual,” or “business casual.”
Where can I access presentations and recordings from past ReFED Summits?
You can access recordings, presentations, and other information from past Summits using the "Past Summits" link in the main navigation above.
We'll be hosting this year's ReFED Summit at the top-rated Westin Charlotte—located in the city's financial district and featuring on-site restaurants and shops, a 24-hour fitness center, plus the Westin's legendary "Heavenly Beds" for an amazing night's sleep.
