How can I become an Exhibitor at the Summit?

If you would like to be considered as an exhibitor, apply here before April 12, 2023. All candidates will be notified no later than April 21, 2023

How can I apply to become a speaker or refer someone else?

What are scholarship applications and how can I apply for one?

Applications are now closed. Recipients will be notified no later than February 10, 2023

*Please note that filling out this application does not register you for the event. Space is not guaranteed for those who do not receive a scholarship if the event should sell out before decisions are made. ReFED will honor early-bird pricing for applicants that are not selected for a Scholarship.

What are the Summit's COVID Healthy & Safety requirements for attendees?

To provide as safe an environment as possible for event attendees, the 2023 Food Waste Solutions Summit will follow all applicable national and local public health guidelines. As of now, we are encouraging indoor mask wearing regardless of vaccination or test status. Visit the Summit registration page as the event dates approach for any updates to these guidelines.

What is the dress code for the Summit?

Summit attendees generally wear “smart casual,” “work casual,” or “business casual.”

Where can I access the Summit presentations and recordings from past events?

All main stage presentations will be live streamed via the conference platform for all in-person attendees and virtual attendees. Some breakout sessions will be recorded and input back into the platform 2 weeks post event.
