Cancellation Policy
If you are no longer able to attend the Summit, email the Summit Planning Team to process the cancellation. Registration fees will be refunded according to the timeline below:
If you cancel by March 18, 2026, the registration fee will be fully refunded minus a 3% processing fee per ticket.
If you cancel between March 19 and April 18, 2026, the registration fee will be refunded minus a $75 cancellation fee and a 3% processing fee per ticket.
Cancellations made on or after April 19, 2026 will not be refunded.
In lieu of canceling, you can transfer your ticket to someone else for no charge.
We'll be hosting this year's ReFED Summit at the top-rated Westin Charlotte—located in the city's financial district and featuring on-site restaurants and shops, a 24-hour fitness center, plus the Westin's legendary "Heavenly Beds" for an amazing night's sleep.
