Alison serves as Deloitte’s global lead client service partner (LCSP) some of Deloitte’s largest global retail and consumer
packaged goods clients where she is responsible for the firm’s relationship with various client stakeholders, recruiting and
developing talent to serve clients’ complex business needs and ensuring client service excellence worldwide.

Just prior to taking on this role, Alison led Deloitte’s US Retail, Wholesale & Distribution Leader, responsible for overseeing one
of the largest industry practices. In this role she led the Retail Sector’s research, development, marketing, and alliances with
ecosystem partners to both innovate the practice and deliver timely and critical solutions to retailers and their suppliers.

Alison brings over 30 years of business development and marketing experience, having formerly worked at Procter & Gamble,
Information Resources, Inc. and various high tech start ups focused on the Consumer Business and Retail sectors in the US.
Since joining Deloitte in 2002, she leading engagements and teams assisting CPG and retail clients with strategy, operations
and innovation.

Alison serves on the Board of Directors for Girls, Inc. (https://girlsinc.org) and previously served on the Board of the National
Retail Federation (NRF www.nrf.com ) – the world‘s largest retail trade association. She is a past president and founder of the
Network of Executive Women (www.newonline.org) , a member of the International Women’s Forum (IWF) and was named to
the Profiles in Diversity Journal “2011 Women Worth Watching.”

She frequently speaks on consumer, retail and diversity topics and was most recently featured at Israel’s inaugural Retail
Innovation Club and at the Bentonville Film Festival Diversity Summit.

A native of the Boston area, Alison graduated with a BA from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
