Bio:

Angel Veza is Director of Hospitality Advisory at First Principle Group, and the Chief Operating Officer at First Line Food. Previously, Angel led strategic sourcing and procurement at Manhatta Restaurant (part of Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group) and cooked in other restaurants including Morimoto and two-Michelin starred Atera, and with foodservice companies such as Compass Group. She also worked with ReFED (Rethink Food Waste through Economics and Data) as the Stakeholder Engagement Manager and continues to support and advise on ReFED initiatives. She has a BA from Tufts University and a Grande Diplome from the French Culinary Institute (ICC).
