Lauren Phipps leads circular economy strategy, content and coverage as GreenBiz Group's Director and Senior Analyst on Circular Economy. Having launched Circularity — the largest circular economy conference in North America — and as the author of a weekly newsletter on the subject, Lauren aims to elevate and accelerate circular solutions at the intersection of business, sustainability, technology and equity with an emphasis on value chain engagement and cross-sector collaboration. Previously, Lauren managed business development and sales at GreenBiz. Prior to joining the GreenBiz team, Lauren worked in international social enterprise, from water filtration in Guatemala to off-grid solar in Northern Ghana. She holds a BA in Environmental Analysis and Sociology from Pitzer College.
