Katie is COO at the non-profit food rescue organization Replate where she spends her time figuring out scalable solutions for the food rescue space. She comes to Replate from the catering world and is passionate about working at the intersection between Food Insecurity and Climate Change. She holds a BA in Psychology from Mills College and a Master's in Food Studies from the University of the Pacific.
