2024 ReFED Food Waste Solutions Summit

I have been employed at Sealed Air Corporation for 37 years, working in R&D for the first 10 years, followed by positions as product manager, and marketing in the middle portion of my career, and then back to innovation and R&D positions working on innovation teams and most recently joining our Sustainability Strategy and Advocacy team as a Senior Science Fellow. My background in food science (BS& MS) along with extensive knowledge of packaging materials and packaging systems for perishable foods provides insights to maximize food preservation and control food waste.
