She has long been a fervent advocate for the "zero food waste" movement and has made it her personal mission to not only educate consumers on the importance of creating value from food waste but also empowering them to make healthy food and nutrition choices for a longer life-span demonstrating an unparalleled dedication to sustainability and creating a better world.
