Ben Collier
Co-Founder
The Farmlink Project
Bio:
Ben Collier co-founded the Farmlink Project while studying Applied Math at Brown University, and has led the transformation of this college dorm initiative into a national hunger relief movement. What was once a hundred students calling farmers with surplus at the beginning of the pandemic is now a food recovery system that has redistributed 220+ million pounds of nutritious food to communities facing hunger.
This work has garnered awards like the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Goalkeepers Award, the Jefferson Award, and a Congressional Medal of Honor Service Award. Ben and his team envision a day where everybody has access to the food they need to succeed.

Mainstage 4 & Closing Session | All Together Now: Scaling Action Through High-Value Partnerships & Collaborations
Mainstage Session
Food waste is a systemwide problem, which means no single individual, business, or policy can solve it alone. We can make more progress when we work together — across sectors and industries, and even by collaborating with competitors. Our closing session is all about the power of partners. Sustainability goals shouldn’t be a competitive issue, and you’ll walk away from this session inspired at what can be accomplished when they’re not.
