Bio:
Dominic Hand is the Digital Leader for Thermo King, a leader in sustainable transport temperature control solutions and a Trane Technologies (NYSE: TT) brand. He has been leading technology-enabled business transformations for more than two decades, including two technology startups and consulting for several organizations as part of Deloitte before joining Thermo King and Trane Technologies. Dominic now focuses on digital innovation and helping Thermo King’s customers use digital technologies to improve outcomes, including reducing food waste and carbon emissions in the cold chain. Dominic is the executive sponsor for Thermo King’s Green Team, which develops and implements employee-based strategies to improve sustainability. He holds both a BSB and an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, where he also led the selection committee for the school’s largest independent scholarship fund.
