Emma has dedicated herself over the last 25 years to building a better food system - one that nourishes our bodies, our communities and our planet. In her current role she leads a team of content experts and organizers to engage the health care sector to use their economic, social, and political influence to support the development of healthy, sustainable, and equitable food systems. Emma holds a master’s degree in Urban and Environmental Planning from Arizona State University.
