Erika Covington joined the Land O’ Lakes supply chain team after graduating with her Masters in Bioengineering from North Carolina A&T State university in 2018. She is a motivated & passionate engineer who is energized about providing her technical aptitude & strategic vision to a modern and innovative company. In her capacity as supply chain sustainability manager, she leads carbon accounting and LOL’s strategic roadmap to meet their 2030 Greenhouse Gas, water and waste targets.
