Erika Covington joined the Land O’ Lakes supply chain team after graduating with her Masters in Bioengineering from North Carolina A&T State university in 2018. She is a motivated & passionate engineer who is energized about providing her technical aptitude & strategic vision to a modern and innovative company. In her capacity as supply chain sustainability manager, she leads carbon accounting and LOL’s strategic roadmap to meet their 2030 Greenhouse Gas, water and waste targets. Our planet faces long-term climate challenges Erika notes - and the way large enterprises choose to approach the future is essential to brand integrity and market access. Industry professionals have a critical role to play in shaping the future of our planet she adds – and being on the front lines of the action is something she wouldn't change for the world.
