2025 ReFED Food Waste Solutions Summit

Jake is the co-founder and co-CEO of Remy, a mobile application that leverages AI to reduce household food waste by 70% by digitising the kitchen. In doing so, Remy collects novel user data to drastically improve corporate partners’ Scope 3 emissions reporting, commercial strategies, and waste mitigation efforts. Before co-founding Remy in 2023, Jake undertook a Fellowship at climate-tech organisation Climatebase and worked in sales at SaaS startups across the UK and the US. Jake earned his M.A. in International Business from The University of Edinburgh, graduating summa cum laude.
