Mike Capoferri is a 23-year hospitality-industry veteran, with extensive work experience in Atlanta, Los Angeles and New York City. After years of bartending in world-class cocktail bars, Mike turned to the world of consulting where he focused on curating unique bar experiences and bespoke cocktail programs. In 2015, he proudly took a position with the Campari America family as their Italian Portfolio Specialist, where he educated on the world of Amaro for 4 years. Mike is now the owner/operator of Thunderbolt (#10 in North America and Best in the West 2023, by World's 50 Best Bars), a Los Angeles neighborhood cocktail bar with a program focused excellence, consistency and sustainability. The Thunderbolt bar program utilizes cutting-edge tech to deliver delicious, approachable, no-frills cocktails at an extremely efficient pace.
