Bio:
Monica McBride is Bayer’s Director of Global Partnerships for Environment and Landscapes where she works to deepen Bayer’s partnerships with major environment and nature-focused organizations, business coalitions and thought leaders relevant to Bayer’s Crop Science business. Monica has over a decade of experience working at the intersection of business and conservation. Prior to joining Bayer, Monica worked for World Wildlife Fund-US where she led strategic partnerships with multiple corporate partners and industry groups focused on developing measurement methodologies and roadmaps for reducing food loss and waste, setting science-based targets, and improving the sustainability performance of their products. Prior to WWF, Monica worked as a Project Manager for the Coalition for Agricultural Greenhouse Gases (C-AGG) where she helped bring together stakeholders to create voluntary incentives for producers to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions and as a sustainability consultant for Deloitte. She holds a Master of Environmental Management from Yale's School of the Environment and a Bachelor of Science in ecology from Brown University.
