Seth is the co-founder and CEO of Northstar Recycling, an asset-light provider of sustainability oriented managed waste and recycling solutions to leading food, consumer packaged goods, and other industrial clients. Before co-founding Northstar Recycling with his brother, Noah Goodman, in 2011, Seth worked in a variety of roles in the recycling industry for the prior two decades. Seth earned his B.S. in Finance from Lehigh University.
