Shannon McDonald, Natural Resource Planner at Maryland Department of the Environment, responsible for supporting the education, outreach, compliance and enforcement of the Maryland law on Food Residual Diversion. Shannon's professional experience includes environmental regulations and developing planning strategies to reduce institutional loss of best management practices and lessons learned. Shannon is the Project Manager for Maryland's Solid Waste Infrastructure for Recycling (SWIFR) state grant.
