Bio:
Rachel Tefft is the Senior Manager of Community Food Systems at PCC Community Markets. In this role, she works in partnership with local organizations to ensure that good food nourishes the community while cultivating vibrant, local, organic food systems. With the understanding that collaboration is essential in building resilient food systems, Rachel has been honored to work alongside colleagues and partners to co-create new initiatives and programs over the past six years. These include Growing for Good, a partnership between PCC, Seattle's Neighborhood Farmers Markets, and Harvest Against Hunger, as well as FareStart's Mighty Crouton, a collaboration between PCC, Macrina Bakery, and FareStart. Rachel is excited to participate in the 2025 ReFED Summit and is honored to present alongside folks doing such amazing work, reducing food waste and supporting the community through food access initiatives.
