Bio:

Rasika Parkhi (she/her) is Manager of Impact Investments at CapShift. Rasika sits on the investment research team at CapShift and leads the firm’s impact reporting practice. Her work focuses on sourcing, reviewing, and measuring the impact of opportunities to help activate more capital to drive social and environmental change. She is motivated by finding pathways to unlock philanthropic capital through innovative tools like recoverable grants to support high-impact organizations.

Prior to CapShift, Rasika worked as a fundraising and strategy development associate at an education non-profit, Teach for India, where she supported the NGO’s financial strategy and worked with mission-aligned foundations, corporates, and high net worth individuals. Rasika began her career as a financial and business process auditor at KPMG. She holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Columbia University with a focus on innovative finance for social impact.
