Bio:

Tori Oto is a food waste policy consultant and attorney that has been working with the Zero Food Waste Coalition (ZFWC) and its founding partners since the Coalition’s founding. As a ZFWC Federal Policy Working Group Co-Chair, she advocates for improved food waste policy in federal legislation, administrative regulations, and other federal programming. As a ZFWC State Policy Working Group Co-Chair, she supports coalition members that advocate for food waste policy within their own states through educational initiatives.

Throughout her work, Tori prioritizes policies that reduce food loss and waste, increase food access, and ensure greater equity in the American food system.
