Adam Wittwer is president of Trane Technologies’ Thermo King Americas business, where he is responsible for the overall management, operations, and performance of the business.

Since joining the company, Adam has held multiple progressively responsible leadership roles, cultivating growth and excellence across a number of geographies. Prior to this role, Adam was vice president of Energy Services for Trane Technologies’ Commercial HVAC Americas business. Previously, Adam was general manager of the Pacific Southwest region, which included Arizona, California, Hawaii, New Mexico, Nevada, and western Texas. There, he led all areas of the commercial business, including equipment, building services, and energy services.

Adam has served as the executive sponsor for the region’s InterGenerational and Women’s employee resource groups.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration from the Indiana University Bloomington.
