Bio:

Caroline Baloga is a sustainability leader dedicated to building resilient food systems through sourcing and operational strategy. With a background immersed in food, growing up with parents as food scientists, working summers on vegetable farms, and leading sustainability in foodservice operations, her approach is to make sustainability more accessible and actionable.

Caroline currently serves as the Sustainability Manager for LifeWorks Restaurant Group, a workplace dining division of Aramark. In this role, she leads sustainability programming across client sites, partnering with operational teams to advance company and client goals spanning food waste reduction, packaging, responsible sourcing, and climate action.

Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science and International Studies from the University of Michigan and is currently pursuing her MBA in Sustainability at Bard College.
