I’m a sustainability strategist and practitioner focused on reducing food waste by turning complex food system challenges into practical, scalable action.

For more than two decades, I’ve worked inside and alongside large foodservice operators, retailers, and industry initiatives to translate strategy into operational programs that drive measurable results. My experience spans operator, advisor, and industry leadership roles across some of the most complex food systems in North America.

My work sits at the intersection of operations, data, and behavior, grounded in how kitchens, stores, and events function at scale. Through this approach, I’ve helped reduce food waste in high-impact areas, including achieving over 50% reductions in key waste categories across large-scale events serving more than 20,000 meals, and designing retail pilots that simultaneously increase sales, reduce waste, and lower costs.

I specialize in aligning stakeholders, simplifying complexity, and building programs that teams can realistically implement and sustain. My focus is on delivering measurable impact, strengthening operations, and creating solutions that scale.
