Gabriela Galindo is a psychologist specializing in circular economy and sustainability, with over 10 years of experience leading multi-stakeholder teams and driving human-centered strategies across the private sector and NGOs. Her work has focused on sustainability, circular economy, and plastic pollution reduction.

Currently working as a Food Loss and Waste consultant at Alianza para la Seguridad Alimentaria (ASA), an NGO based in Baja California Sur, Mexico that drives systemic change in the food system, she leads the local implementation of initiatives in the tourism sector, collaborating with hotels, partners, and funders. Her work includes waste prevention and reduction, operational improvements, and advancing a regional multi-actor movement to transform food systems.
