McKenzie Campbell is Director of Impact and Innovation at the International Community Foundation, where she co-directs the Program Team and leads cross-sector initiatives advancing regenerative food systems, circular economies, and regional livelihoods. With nearly two decades of experience in nonprofit leadership and social enterprise, she builds partnerships that connect philanthropy, communities, and the private sector to drive systems-level change. Her work focuses on mobilizing resources and incubating collaborative platforms, including efforts to reduce food loss and waste while strengthening local food economies. She is based in Baja California Sur, Mexico.
