Moody Soliman is an entrepreneur and startup founder with over 20 years of experience across biotech, medical devices, and AgTech. He is the CEO and Co-founder of Ryp Labs, a postharvest technology company developing biomimicry inspired solutions to reduce global food waste. He leads strategy, partnerships, and global commercialization, collaborating with growers, distributors, and major retailers across North America, Europe, Asia, MENA, and LATAM. Previously, he led product launches and the scale-up of regulated medical and biotech technologies.

Moody holds an MBA with honors complementing a master’s in Mechanical Engineering and is passionate about building mission-driven, science-based businesses with measurable impact.
