2026 ReFED Food Waste Solutions Summit

Paula Luu is the Managing Director of BioCycle, where she leads both its media and consulting teams to help the organics recycling industry translate innovation into practice and scale. She previously worked at the impact investing firm Closed Loop Partners, where she led multi-year initiatives to unlock investment in organics and plastics recycling. Her career spans multiple sectors, including water policy, and she has worked with consumer brand companies, including Starbucks, Nike, and Amazon, to improve their supply chains. She holds a degree from UC Berkeley and completed graduate studies at the University of Michigan.
