Priscilla Okyere is a sustainability and operations executive with nearly two decades of experience spanning engineering, environmental stewardship, EHS, and circularity. With almost eight years driving global impact at Amazon, she is known for building systems, strategies, and teams that help organizations move from compliance to competitive advantage.

She currently serves as Global Head of Circular Solutions at Amazon, where she leads enterprise-wide strategy to deliver consistent impact across global operations through waste prevention and scalable circularity solutions. This includes shepherding the companywide commitment to halve food waste in the U.S. and EU by 2030 across Amazon’s Retail and Grocery business. Her work focuses on advancing circular business models that extend product life, reduce material waste, and unlock new value streams through reuse and resource optimization.

Priscilla brings a cross-industry perspective shaped by experience across manufacturing, retail, and technology. She drives strategic collaboration with a people-centered leadership approach across operations, technology, science, product development, policy, and legal functions.

Priscilla holds advanced degrees in Environmental and Civil Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE). Beyond her corporate leadership, Priscilla co-founded CARE mentoring and Progress Pilot, both of which are focused on early career support. She is on the circularity council of The Recycling Partnership.
